The title does not offer the best picture of this article. Sounds like a backstreet boys concert and you get elton john playing there. Well thats something called as the crows Crow.. The crows Crow.. Yes the crows Crows.. It means the Crow which is seated on the tree who says to you I can shout on top of my voice......And the world will bow before me soon enough. He wont instead think of making a group of crows and shout like hell So that the human being can leave his place or whatever those above 2 sentences stand for. My point here is.. Sometimes you have to just let go of things for the common good. For the past 1 month I been trying to push a burner down someones ass so that they can feel the heat and be up and working good and fast. But i feel the burner has no heat left. I have tried everything they wont just change. They are just the same old crows who keep the world confined to themselves and their own friends who they feel are heaven for them. Yes may be heaven for you u slimy creatures but your a slippery sloth for us and soon you will be on gunpoint.

I often ask myself Why Ash Why do u try to bring people and motivate them. They are just the best the way they are. They do Not and I SAY DO NOT want to learn the business, How the process works, How the business cares for its employees and how they have to care for their business, In the morning I wrote a mail to these people regarding the recent question they had for me " Do we have a holiday on Kamgardiwas" I replied the lady back that at least not in my calendar. I am not sure what made her angry she was infuriated with my reply and replies me saying that calendar is fake throw that calendar and we are workers but called as employees thats it.I have come to the conclusion that people just dont want to do it. They just think the first step to success is working in some big ass company like infosys or some accenture or something and get a settled life and kids and so on. I ask .. Do they even understand what they have to go through in those big companies, Talk about sexual harrasments levied on the employees, Boss culture, If they dont work the company humiliates them to tears and even doesent care for their tears, and when layoffs come princess believe me ur a goner! Stil no.. We cant work with start ups , if we work we demand world class attention and We are pricy, We will do 10 task in 10 minutes only We wont try to make it to 7 minutes.

Her entire commitment is diluted into her work and most of them are outside playing with her friends or something I dont know why?.Give and take is what i believe.Frankly I am done with these tactics, I am exasperated with their undefeatable attitude that we rock and u suck and we will rule the world. The following article is a outcome of frustrations i get at my workplace which I once deemed to be a heaven where people can just come work and go and human emotions playground factor which exists can be nullified by a common goal called as Business.But no there is nothing all I see is people dont want to learn new things, We are bums and we will be that all our life , You suck and we dont care U just suck. I say Oh Lord,Father of heaven and earth,Creator of Chor bazaar and Dharawi how art thee? he points his big finger on my head and says : Dare u comment on me u bastard , I got enough of ur estrogenical tyranny! I say of all the times i have tried to motivate these people, I felt a sudden surge in my body which goes into my brain and says Why Ash? Why cant you leave people the way they are. I then succumb the fact that hiring people and firing people is a easy job but retaining them isnt.. So I ask so u mean retain pigs who will make u dirty and filthy within next months? Or do u mean retain cobras who just spit on every effort you wish to do in a systematic way.

Coming to the conclusion I just have some words, Managing people is a very big headache any start up company will face. A typical Kyoki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu indian doesent care for your company , All her cares is How he does and what he does and so on. He wont ever utter WE as a together and the only time he utters WE is the time he cites his grievances against the company he will take the camouflage of a global voice called as WE and then taunt the company... What can I do now? Is there a saviour? Is there a grace period? yes there is A hope for such foolish managers like u says a voice from the back ? I quickly turn back to see the same employees who I condemn in this article, They slap me and Say Leave us the way we are We will choose either to blossom or Rott. My anger confounded by my ability to sustain my patience in such times ceased my momentous reply and I nodded in approval. The only saving grace was I said " Every Dog has his day " :)
